'VelvetStoneCube started with an aspiration: to offer genuine Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our small, family-owned pizzeria operates with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our originator, mastered the craft of pizza-making on her journey across Italy, learning from Neapolitan pizza artisans. When she came back to the UK, she was inspired to mimic the essence of true Italian pizza, committing to classic techniques and premium ingredients.
From its humble beginnings as a modest 12-seat venue, our pizzeria has now become a community's favorite, while our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains firm. Our time-tested wood oven methods are still in use, we prepare our dough fresh each day, and we procure the best ingredients accessible.
Now, 'VelvetStoneCube is still in the hands of the Bianchi lineage, with a new generation steering our enthusiastic crew. Although modern touches have been adopted, the core of our establishment continues to be the same: producing tasteful, authentic pizza that unites people.
