If the order has been prepared or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.
Conditions for Returns and Refunds
- The Goods were purchased in the last 24 hours.
- The Goods are in the original packaging and not consumed more than a reasonable amount to determine the quality of the product.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Food items must not be tampered with and must retain any seals it came with.

Returning Goods
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
